Overview:
Free spins can be awarded to specific users, available only for slot games. Agents can select from the list of current players and grant them bonus spins through the following process.

To enhance the player experience, free spins can be provided to users via the API panel by you or site managers.
The betting amount during a bonus call is factored into the RTP (Return to Player) calculations, ensuring that the overall RTP remains unaffected by the bonus call transactions.
Granting Free Spins:
Via API access: You can assign free spins directly to users from the site backend through the
call_applyAPI.On the API Panel:
Navigate to "Call & RTP -> Call Manage" to view the list of users.
Select a free spin pattern from the available list and assign it to the desired user.
Note: Call spins are only available after the user has made at least one spin.
Types of Calls:
Normal Call: Applies to regular user spins.
Buy Call: Refers to bonus spins that a user purchases as part of a promotional feature (buying free spins).
Free Spin Conditions:
The Free Spin feature is only available after the user has completed at least one spin.
If the user changes their bet amount after a free spin is granted, the free spin will be invalidated and fail to apply.
Only the win amount can be defined when applying a free spin; the number of spins is fixed.
